Thinking about rest and gratitude this morning. Going to be a very FULL day today - loads of time with family and yet more sunshine and chatting and laughing and a niece’s wedding - so I started the day with a very quiet, meditative swim. For me the most personally restful thing I could do!

Rest looks different for each of us: for some it’s running and for others it’s cooking… or writing or reading or family time or being outside or being inside…

Going to the gym or swimming or whatever exercise is a win regardless.

But i was reminded this morning it can be a thousand times harder when you decide on your own - no one going with you, no class, no persuasion, no motivation other than your own.

That doesn’t diminish the win: you’re a champion either way, but this is a shout out to those of you who either from time to time, or regularly, simply decide to do it and do it.

That’s major and it’s worth being proud of.

If you’re traveling through Heathrow airport (terminal 3) you have GOT to use Timeslot for security.

I was through in FOUR. minutes.
