Going to the gym or swimming or whatever exercise is a win regardless.

But i was reminded this morning it can be a thousand times harder when you decide on your own - no one going with you, no class, no persuasion, no motivation other than your own.

That doesn’t diminish the win: you’re a champion either way, but this is a shout out to those of you who either from time to time, or regularly, simply decide to do it and do it.

That’s major and it’s worth being proud of.
